Penguin Windows installed a bow window in our 1912 house on Monday, March 13th. Dave Marshall, Chris Ellison and Steve Finnin worked 11 hours to make a proper fit. It was a difficult job. They were calm, quiet and considerate the whole 11 hours. Penguin should be proud of them!

We love our new window. Unfortunately, we are now faced with bringing our 1912 house up to the level of the new bow window.

Last Thursday new Penguin Windows were installed in my home. Five days later I’d like to tell you it was one of my better decisions. It was a rather big decision, like buying a home, or a new car, but your company did their best to inform me, without being pushy, of all the advantages new triple-paned windows would add to my home.

My old windows “just had to go.” My new ones, well, there is just no comparison. No more drafts at all! And they sure look nice. In fact, I’ve had neighbors come by to compliment how they look. In closing, I must also mention how well mannered, efficient, and well trained the installers were, as well as polite, and they left no mess behind. I even left for an appointment for a while without worrying about workmen in my home. It is a company to be proud of, and believe me I would recommend Penguin Windows to anyone.

We knew it was time to replace our windows – rising heating cost, leakage, rattling had all become too noticeable. We’d even gone so far as to research available window features and to develop our “wish list” of all the things we wanted in a replacement window – things that would guarantee a high level of energy efficiency, safety, convenience and attractiveness. So when the Statewide/Penguin representative came to our door, we thought “why not?”

To our surprise, and delight, when we met with a salesperson we discovered that your windows offered a near perfect match with our wish list. Our salesperson, Evan, was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and friendly. The price was reasonable for the quality offered. The installation was on-time, painless and performed with grace and good cheer. And the results are beautiful! We had a small issue with the paperwork for incentive rebate purposes, but it was resolved to our satisfaction within 24 hours (thanks Kim!).

We are thoroughly pleased with the process and the product and offer our highest endorsement to anyone considering purchasing replacement windows through Penguin. They’ll wonder why they waited so long!

I had my windows installed in Nov. 2005. I had windows that I could not sit by because you could feel the cold come through. Not now with the new windows. I really like them. The people that did them were real nice.

I want to congratulate you on the terrific crews that you have for employees. Erik and crew was the main installers and then he had help from 2 other crews. The service was excellent and they all acted as real gentlemen. They were all polite and did their jobs very professionally and never used any bad language or cuss words at all. My Sales rep was also very professional in her actions as she came here on Thursday the first day of the installing. Erik, Chris and the crew did an excellent job installing my windows!

I was a little hesitant about having the Corian kitchen counter cut, but Erik did a fantastic job of cutting the Corian and saving and replacing the backsplash.

They left the house clean and tidy and replaced the blinds in the kitchen window.

They were always courteous and perfect gentlemen.
